- MEANING:

- This name derives from the Ancient Greek name “Kassándrā (Κασσάνδρᾱ)”, composed of two elements: “kaínumi (Καίνυμι) kékasmai (κέκασμαι)” (excell, surpass, transcend) plus “anḗr (ἀνήρ) andrós (ἀνδρός)” (man “adult male). In turn the name means “the one who shines and excels over man (a person who makes predictions which are never believed but turn out to be true)”. In Greek mythology, Cassandra was the daughter of king Priam and queen Hecuba of Troy. Her beauty caused Apollo to grant her the gift of prophecy. Kassandros son of Antipatros; (350–297 BC), was a Greek Hellenistic king of Ancient Macedon (305–297 BC), son of Antipater, and founder of the Antipatrid dynasty. He was the namesake of his paternal uncle, Cassander.

- Color meaning:
Black is the color of the hidden, the secretive and the unknown, creating an air of mystery. It keeps things bottled up inside, hidden from the world. In color psychology the meaning of the color black is protection from external emotional stress. It creates a barrier between itself and the outside world, providing comfort while protecting its emotions and feelings, and hiding its vulnerabilities, insecurities and lack of self-confidence. In times of fear and uncertainty black contains the energy of the threatening unknown. In a positive state, black is seen as a restful emptiness into which anything may emerge and disappear once again. It is also mysterious, providing a sense of potential and possibility.
